Who are the kits designed for?
Our kits are built for individuals and families across Europe who want to be prepared for unexpected events such as power outages, storms, natural disasters, or civil disruptions. Add-ons are available for children, infants, additional adults, and pets.
What’s the difference between the 24, 48, and 72 hour kits?
The duration reflects how long the kit is intended to support one person in an emergency. The longer the duration, the more items are included to ensure basic needs are met over time. The 72 hour kit includes more robust gear such as a larger backpack, inflatable mattress, crank radio, and additional water containers.
Do I need one kit per person?
Yes. Each kit is designed for one person. If you’re purchasing for a household, you can add child, infant, adult, or pet add-ons so that each person and pet is covered appropriately without duplicating items unnecessarily.
Can I customize what’s inside?
Our kits are pre-packed to ensure the right balance of gear and portability, but you can customize through our add-ons. These include weather-specific gear (e.g. summer or winter packs) and regional recommendations based on European climate zones.
Do the kits include food?
No. Due to shipping and customs regulations, we do not include food or water. However, our kits include water storage containers and tools to help you safely store and purify water. We recommend purchasing high-calorie emergency food bars locally and adding them to your kit.
How often should I update or check my kit?
We recommend reviewing your kit every 6 to 12 months. Replace expired medical items, test electronics, and update gear based on seasonal changes or new family members. You can also sign up for our free maintenance reminder program.
How is the kit packaged?
All kits come packed in a durable waterproof backpack appropriate to the size of the kit (30L to 45L). Items are packed in internal bags for quick access, organization, and weather resistance.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the EU and UK. Shipping times vary depending on your location. During checkout, you’ll see available shipping options and estimated delivery times.
Can I return or exchange my kit?
We accept returns within 14 days for unopened kits in their original condition. For safety reasons, used or opened kits cannot be returned. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
